The Indies is very pleased to present Twinnie, a true indie artist from the UK. She was influenced by the Romani gypsy side of her family who had eclectic music tastes, and the country music she grew up with through them, that led her to unthinkingly adopt a country twang in her voice, at least by UK standards. Contrast that with the instrumental side of her songs which are laying out a disco pop vibe.
She had previously been signed by a major label, was dropped, and got back on track in a more self contained sort of way. Her independent perseverance, and unique infectious sound, prove Twinnie is an indie to be reckoned with.
